TphB (Dehydrogenase)
TphB encodes for the DCD dehydrogenase- a critical element of TPA degradation. The dehydrogenase component funtions with the oxygenase (TphA2 and TphA3) and reductase (TphA1) components of TPADO to facilitate this degradation(Sasoh et al., 2006).
